An AI lab that ships

Andril Labs is an applied lab. The research matters only insofar as it reaches production, so we take responsibility for the whole path from problem statement to a system your team runs every day.

Systems that make a decision, generate something, or take the step themselves: AI agents that do the work rather than dashboards that describe it.

How we work

Four stages, in sequence, with a decision point at the end of each. You can stop after any of them and still hold something useful.

    Brief & feasibility

    We start from the outcome you need and work backwards. If the problem does not need a model, we say so before anyone writes code.

  2. 02

    Prototype

    A narrow working slice against your real data, with the evaluation criteria agreed up front. Fast enough to change our minds cheaply.

  3. 03

    Build & train

    The full system (models, pipelines, interfaces and infrastructure) built to production standards with tests, evals and observability.

  4. 04

    Deploy & operate

    Shipped, monitored and maintained. Models drift and data changes, and agents act on live systems, so evals, guardrails and observability continue after launch, not just before it.

Three co-founders, three disciplines: product and technology, design and experience, business and growth. Between them, more than forty years of practice across India, Germany and Singapore.

    Technology and product leader with over 15 years of experience spanning software, gaming and emerging technologies, including more than five years in Germany. Arun leads product architecture, engineering and applied AI, turning complex requirements into reliable systems built for production.

  2. Janarthanan

    Co-founder & CEO

    Designer, creative leader and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience, including more than five years in Singapore. Jana leads product experience, creative direction and strategic relationships, making complex systems intuitive while connecting ideas with the people and partnerships required to move them forward.

  3. Veerakeswaran

    Co-founder & COO

    Entrepreneur and business builder with more than a decade of experience across digital services, technology ventures and international markets. Vee leads strategy, commercialisation and partnerships, ensuring Andril Labs' technology addresses real business problems and has a viable path from product to market.

Built in Coimbatore

Andril Labs is a small, deliberately senior team. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. There is no layer of account management between you and the engineering.

We work the way a drawing office works: state the problem precisely, agree the tolerances, then build to them. Every engagement carries an explicit definition of done and an evaluation you can check yourself, because “the AI seems better” is not a specification.

We are based in Coimbatore and work with teams across India and abroad, remotely and on site.
